YESTERDAY “There is no substitute for hard work” Thomas Edison once said. My name is Vic as most of my friends and colleagues call me, I graduated BS Hotel and Restaurant Management at Cordova Public College as a working student. I had my first work experience with the popular quick service restaurant chain Jollibee Foods Corporation where I honed my people management skills from 2003 to 2006. Then I joined the Philippine Red Cross on the last quarter of 2006, a volunteer organization where he handled the safety services and international Humanitarian Law. I was with the organization for almost 5 years, conducting Disaster prevention, First Aid and Basic Life Support training's to Hotel and Resort Employees, caregivers and nursing students in Cebu and nearby provinces before I decided to join the hospitality industry after attending an intensive customer service training in Cebu City. “I am very happy with my career in the hospitality industry; I am honored to work with the best and seasoned local and expat hoteliers for the past 5 years. Cebu has been an exciting destination and will continue to advance in to the future specially that Cebu is hosting some major International events including the Iron Man Race.Our team continues to provide our domestic and international guests with a very comfortable place to stay and dine with. I am taking the steps of becoming a world class hotelier and leader and I am determined to reach my goal through hard work and determination.
